However, we understand that sometimes plans change and clients may need to cancel their service requests. We endeavour to have a fair and smooth process, and have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below. Please read it thoroughly before ordering.
If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of successful payment, the client will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid. This refund will be given to you without deduction if you make your request within the time period specified and the service has not been started.
All government fees paid by the client will be irrevocably lost if the client cancels. Hence, no refund of the fees will be made. However, payment will be acknowledged with the transaction receipt received by the respective department on the official fee receipt.
A cancellation will be accepted, and a refund of payment will be provided with 20% deduction, if a request is made within 7 calendar days of the payment. The other 80% will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
If cancelled after 7 days, the amount to be refunded will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the progress of the work done. It will be reviewed by our internal operations team, and a final decision will be taken based on that.
Refund (where applicable) will be based on work completed, resources used, and time spent on your work by our experts.
All refund inquiries, concerns, or cancellations must be addressed by clients by sending an e-mail to refunds@fssailicence.com. The date and time when the e-mail is received will be taken as the date and time of the intimation of the refund. To process the cancellation, clients are advised to mention their order no, Registered email ID, payment details, and the reason for why the cancellation is being made.
